Free Boating License Class - Poultney

Each season, the LSCA offers FREE safe boating courses to help boaters satisfy the requirements by the state of Vermont. All boaters born after January 1st, 1974, must be certified to operate a power boat in Vermont waters. The certificate received by passing this class is good in all 50 states. This year, we are offering 3 classes, the first is in Poultney:

• June 22 & 23, Poultney Fire Department, 4:30 - 8:30

Classes are limited to 25 participants per class, and lesson materials are for 6th grade and above reading levels.
